We are seeking a passionate and driven property professional to join our property management team and manage a high end portfolio of properties.
Working in our modern, open plan office you will be surrounded by a team of motivated and like-minded real estate professionals. 

The Role:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through the daily management of tenants and landlords
  • Maintain a portfolio of 170 properties (approx)
  • Regular routine inspections, rent reviews and lease expiries
  • Ensuring and upholding compliance in line with legislation
  • Ongoing training & development
  • Identify key new business opportunities to grow rent role.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Be proficient in Console and similar programs
  • Strong organisational skills with a commitment to customer focus and problem solving ability.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
  • An ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Current Police Check.
