hockingstuart Melbourne (CBD) is looking for an experienced administrator who understands how to deliver exceptional service, shows great initiative and has a great attitude.  Our team is very enthusiastic, dynamic, driven and well rewarded which is why it is so important to us that we find someone who is as passionate, hardworking and gets as much of a buzz working as a team as we do.  

You will responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Management department and back up for front desk reception.

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Proactive in providing support
  • Organised and reliable
  • Willingness to take on a diverse range of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong computer skills
