Property Manager - Berwick

Location: BERWICK

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and customer focused team member to join our fast growing team with great communication skills and the ability to problem solve. The successful applicant must have a current Victorian driver's licence, Agents Representative Certificate and have Property Management experience.

 
 
About the Role:
  • Oversee your own clean portfolio of 145 properties
  • Liaise with tenants and landlords
  • Negotiating lease renewals and rental increases
  • Conduct condition reports and inspections
  • Monday to Friday (One Sat a month with a day off in lieu)

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous Property Management experience
  • VCAT experience favourable
  • Agent Representative Certificate
  • Excellent presentation and communication
  • A career-minded work ethic
  • REST Professional software experience.
