About the Role:
As an experienced Property Manager you will manage a small portfolio of properties but have a strong focus on business development.
Commencing in June/July, your day will involve working within a small team of professionals, including alongside our sales department, providing guidance and support to the rental staff where needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Must have prior experience in all aspects of Property Management
- Current Agents Representative Certificate
- Reliable car / Drivers Licence
- Finely tuned negotiation skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Corporate presentation
- An eye for attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Organised reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks.
