  • Box & Dice Database Experience (preferred but not essential) 
  • Strong Knowledge (worked or lived within the area) 
  • Agents Rep Licence
  • Vic Drivers Licence
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Outstanding Negotiation Skills 
  • Understand Current Vic Real Estate Compliance Rules
  • Base Plus Commissions
  • Office Funded Agent Promotion (Agent Marketing Package)
  • Ability to work across Multiple Post Codes
